Cancellation Policy

A valid card is required to reserve all appointments. Concierge appointments are reserved exclusively for each client. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment may be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours, same-day cancellations, and no-shows are subject to a cancellation fee. Group appointments and event bookings may require a non-refundable deposit. By booking, you agree to these terms.
